Are your Web Design costs one time?

Yes, just a one time cost as mentioned on our website for web design.

What is your typical turn around period?

Due to the high level of custom work and the collaborative process involved in each website we build, it’s difficult to predict an exact turn around time. We will work together with you to complete the Web Design Project in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the Web Design, but delays can occur if any milestone that requires your action, such as approving design mockups or web design changes, is not acknowledged on time. As an example, a 10 pages website can be finished anywhere between 7-10 working days after we’ve received all content and feedback from you.  It’s a safe estimate to expect at least a two weeks for your project, though it could be much quicker or slower, depending on your input.  Ask your sales agent or project manager for more information.  We also offer an express service for an additional fee to expedite your project.  Always remember, we can only work as fast as you allow us; turn around time is client-dependent. If content is provided sooner, initial and on-going instructions are clear and revisions requested are reasonable, turn around time can be significantly decreased. On the other hand, it could drastically increase due to client in-action, delayed mockup approvals, back and forth change requests, etc.

Can you host our website and register our domain name?

Yes, we would love to. We charge a low RM5.50 monthly fee for web hosting. Domain Names are RM75/Year. We provide you with custom email accounts and a fantastic control panel to check your web visitor stats, manage your files etc.

Can I use my existing website address if I host with you?

Yes, we can easily help you retain your old domain name on our servers or register a new one for you.

After you have designed our website, can we manage it ourselves easily?

Absolutely! You’ll have several options for managing your site after it’s completed.  When we’re done constructing your new website, you will own it and have full access to it.  You will be able to make any changes to the site if you have any web editing knowledge.  You can also opt for an editable website package.  This way, you can log in to easily make changes to any non-Flash content in your site, any time you want.  Just make sure you let us know you would like this option before you sign up.  Thirdly, we offer a Webmaster service, if you’d like us to manage your new site for you.

Webmaster service is negotiated on an individual basis, as each client has differing needs. Consultant offers a maintenance agreement in which the customer pays on an “as needed” hourly basis RM75/per hour.

Do you offer Emergency After Hours Support?

We have 24/7 email and chat support. Phone support is available during Business Hours. We give you phone numbers of key individuals and in case of emergency, after business hours where you can reach them.

Why are your prices so low for your excellent quality? Are there hidden charges?

We find the absolute best values for money, as well as the most popular ones that may cost a little more. We look at every angle of advertising and promoting in order to promote our company and to keep expenses down while keeping prices low.

Co-Creation-We need your support to finish the website in a timely manner to keep our costs down. For this to happen, we expect you to give us contents on time and all milestones that requires your action, such as approving design mockups or web design changes be acknowledged on time.

Can you create a logo to go with our web site?

Sure we can. In fact, we make excellent logos for RM350.00. We can also design brochures, business cards and all your stationary to go with your website.

Can you help us get listed in Search Engines?

We have a Web Marketing Service (Search Engine Optimization) to help you list in Major Search Engines. For more details, please ask a Representative when you call us.

Will we get a chance to review and suggest modifications to the website before it is launched?

Of course! In fact, we will work with you closely to create the website based on your input. We will do our very best to make you happy.

I am a small home business, do you work with Individuals?

Yes, we work with big and small businesses, corporations, professionals, home business owners, startups, and even individuals.

When Is Payment Required For Your Web Site Design And Development Services?

1, Payment of 1/2 of the initial agreed project value as a deposit
2. Payment of the balance, 1/2 of the initial agreed project value, due when the project is successfully installed on a hosting service (before the admin manual and login details)

What is Content Management System? Can I manage Content On My Site?

My business isn't in your city, can you still build my website?

Yes. We have developed websites for clients across the Couuntry, even worldwide.

Will we need to have a face-to-face meeting to begin the project?

In the majority of cases a meeting isn’t necessary and most of our websites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone. We place suggested website designs online via, our  secure testing server for you to view the work in progress. This way we can have regular communication to ensure you are getting exactly what you expect from the team.
